Our Offerings

Lagree

High intensity, low impact 50-min full body workout with the newest Lagree MegaPro machine. Build your strength and muscle endurance using core bodybuilding principles such as time under tension and isometric training, while protecting your joints

Barre

High-energy, fast-paced workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. With expert guidance, dynamic pacing, and personalized modifications, you’ll perfect your form, push your limits, and see real transformation—mind and body!

Retail boutique

Skip the trip to the mall and explore our curated collection of fitness apparel and accessories. We carry popular brands like Lululemon, Vuori, Spanx, Varley, and more. Our large variety of activewear and loungewear will have you looking and feeling good, in or out of the studio.

  • My first lagree experience at Form was awesome! Gorgeous clean space, super welcoming owner and teacher. The Mega Pro was similar to a reformer I have used in Pilates but also so different and it was fun to learn something new. My teacher was really knowledgeable, and encouraging as many of us worked through our first class. The workout is very tough, the shakes tell me I am growing stronger, but all in a gentle and safe way, which is so important as I get older! I will be back and am grateful and excited to have this new workout in La Grange! I have felt strong all day, but I bet the soreness will set in tomorrow!
